Step 1: Discover GCA
The admissions process begins by gathering information about our school so you can thoroughly review all that we have to offer your family. We encourage you to download our Parent Handbook to aid in your research. Our Parent Handbook will provide valuable information about our philosophy, mission statement, our standards of behavior and academics, and school policies and procedures. In addition, our Facebook and Instagram are a great way to get a glimpse of school life.
Step 2: Campus Visit
We invite you to continue your evaluation by scheduling a campus visit to our school. We hope that your are impressed by the educational environment of our classrooms and the sense of family that can only be experienced first hand. Also during your campus visit, you’ll have the opportunity to gain a full picture of our program and the development of our students. Step 3: Submit Registration Documents
When you have determined that GCA would be a good fit for your family, you are ready to apply. Please submit registration form to our office along with the non-refundable registration fee.
WAIT POOLS– We have established classroom capacities for every grade in our school. Once a grade level reaches a capacity, a wait pool is created to offer qualified students an opportunity to remain in consideration for enrollment. If a spot becomes available, we will contact you to begin processing your application, collecting documentation, etc.
Step 4: Acceptance
Upon acceptance, you will be contacted and it will be requested for you to submit the remaining registration forms along with health records (including shot records), birth certificate, and custody court order documents (if applicable). You may finalize the acceptance by submitting the completed enrollment packet and paying required fees.

Please Note: While Genesis Christian Academy uses its best efforts to maintain affordable, family-friendly tuition rates and fees, we may have to raise the annual tuition rates and fees from time to time for children attending the Program.
